今日の減塩薬膳レシピは、
【牛肉とキノコの黒胡椒蒸し(食塩相当量0.8g)】
血を補い筋肉など体を強くする牛肉と、免疫力を保つキノコを使い、ウイルスに負けない体を作る料理です。
材料 牛肉(しゃぶしゃぶ用)70g、しめじ、舞茸各20g、玉ねぎ細切り30g、ほうれん草
調味料 日本酒小さじ2、減塩醤油、オイスターソース、胡麻油、片栗粉各小さじ1、砂糖小さじ1/2、黒胡椒、ニンニクみじん切り
作り方
1.蒸し器を沸かす。
2.牛肉に調味料を合わせ味をなじませる。
3.皿に野菜を敷き、その上に牛肉を並べる。
4.ラップをして、蒸し器で12〜15分蒸す。
レンジの場合、ラップをして3分、少しかき混ぜてから更に3分。火が通ったら完成です。
※1人分ならレンジでも大丈夫ですが、2人分以上だと時間がかかるので、蒸し器の方が楽です。
5.香り付けの黒胡椒を振って完成。

ラップを開ける時は、必ず菜箸など刺して熱い蒸気を逃してくださいから作業してください。
