材料
キュウリ 1本
新玉ねぎ 1/2個
ミョウガ、カイワレ少々
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース 大さじ1
穀物酢 小さじ1
ごま油 大さじ1
作り方
1.キュウリは乱切り(お好みの切り方でOK)
2.玉ねぎとミョウガは薄切りにして水にさらし、ざるにあけ水をきっておく。
3.キュウリを合わせ調味料の半量で和え、味をなじませる。
4.キュウリとしっかりと水を切った玉ねぎ、ミョウガを盛り付け、残りのソースをかける。
さっぱりしていて、ごはんにもお酒のおつまみにもピッタリの一品ですよ。
