黒酢風味のきんぴら(黒酢ソースレシピ集11)
材料
ごぼう 1本
ニンジン 1本
唐辛子小口切り2本分
いりゴマ適宜
調味料
香の黒酢ソース 大さじ2
水 大さじ2
ごま油 大さじ1
作り方
1.ごぼうはお好みの太さで千切りにし、水にさらしてあく抜きをして水気をきっておく。
2.ニンジンも千切り。
3.フライパンにごま油を入れ、ごぼうとニンジン、唐辛子を炒めて、しんなりしたら黒酢ソースと水を入れて更に炒める。
4.水分がなくなったら皿に盛り、いりゴマをふりかけて完成。
※炒めると黒酢の風味はあまり感じなくなるので、黒酢が苦手な方ても食べられると思います。
唐辛子は2本分だとピリ辛になるので、お好みで調整してみてください。
