ニラの黒酢ソース炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ30)
「元気が出てくるニラの浅漬け風の料理です。ニラだけではなく、ワケギなどでもおいしく作れますよ！」
材料
ニラ1束
ニンニクスライス1片分
唐辛子小口切り2本分
炒りごま
炒め用油 ごま油大さじ2
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
醤油大さじ1
酢小さじ1
水大さじ1
作り方
1.ニラは7～8ミリくらいの小口切り。
2.フライパンに油を入れ、ニンニク、唐辛子を中火で炒め、ニンニクが軽く色付いてきたら一度火を止め。
3.火を止めた状態で合わせ調味料を入れ、弱火で沸かし、ニラを入れ、軽くしんなりするくらいまで炒める。
4.汁ごとボールなどにあけ、冷ます。
5.そのまま食べても、ご飯や冷奴などにかけてお召し上がりください。
