・春菊1/2束
合わせ調味料
・香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
・リンゴ酢大さじ1.5
・豆板醤小さじ1/2
作り方
1かぶは5ミリ厚さに切り、かぶの葉と春菊は4センチ長さに切る。
2.かぶの葉と春菊を茹で、バットに広げ冷ます。
3.かぶを半量の合わせ調味料で和え1時間置く。
