「白菜の黒酢キムチ(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ167)」
寒さが増して、白菜もおいしくなってきましたね。
今日は旬のおいしい白菜を使った、
キムチ風の浅漬けレシピのご紹介です。
材料
白菜2枚(30cm長さ)
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、醤油各大さじ1
豆板醤、ごま油各小さじ1
おろし玉ねぎ1/2個分
おろし人参1/3本分
おろしニンニク1片分
作り方
1.白菜は5cm長さ2cm幅に切る。
2.調味料を全て混ぜ合わせる。
3.白菜と調味料を合わせ、軽く揉み込む。
