鶏ササミの黒酢塩コンブ風味(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ37)
材料
鶏ササミ2本
塩コンブ5g
梅干し2個
調味料
香の黒酢ソース小さじ2
作り方
1.鶏ササミは筋を取り、梅干しは種を取り包丁でたたいてペースト状にする。
2.材料を全て合わせ、黒酢ソースをかけ、よく混ぜ合わせる。
3.皿にのせラップをして、500wのレンジで2分加熱する。
4.鶏ササミを少し冷ましてから、手でほぐし、皿に盛り付けて完成。
