カキのおいしい季節になってきましたね！
うちのお店でも、
毎年大好評のカキ料理。
「カキの四川省産唐辛子炒め」を
今週末から提供します。
今日はカキを黒酢ソースで煮込んだ料理。
「カキの黒酢ソース煮込み」のご紹介です。
カキのむき身を黒酢ソースで煮込むだけ。
作り方は簡単ですけど、
ほんとおいしいカキ料理が出来上がりますよ。
うちのお店のおせち料理に入っている、
「カキの黒酢煮込み」。
あの料理はこれと全く同じ作り方です。
材料
カキのむき身10粒くらい
調味料
香の黒酢ソース50cc
水100cc
作り方
1.鍋にカキと水、黒酢ソースを入れ中火にかけ沸かす。
2.沸いたら、ごく弱火にしアルミホイルで落としぶたをして5分煮込む。
3.落としぶたを取り、煮汁が少なくなり、照りが出るまで、そのまま煮込む。
煮詰まってくると焦げやすいので、注意してください。
今回は甘露煮として、しっかり煮込んでいるので、身はかなり縮みます。
ふっくらした感じで食べたい方は、2の段階で落としぶたと共に取り出して、煮汁だけ煮詰めカキと絡めるとちょうどいいです。
