「チーズの黒酢漬け(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ171)」です。
今回は漬けただけですけど、

材料
6Pチーズ3個
調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
醤油小さじ1
ニンニク、黒胡椒
作り方
1.チーズは一口大に切る。
2.少しタッパーにニンニクの切り口をこすりつけ香りを付ける。
3.チーズと調味料を合わせ、時々、混ぜながら3時間くらい置き完成。
