今日の黒酢レシピは、
ちょっと早めの春大根が、
売っていたので、
買ってきてみました。
冬大根に比べ、
水分が多く、辛味もあるので、
サラダにもオススメですね。
今回は、
味付けした鶏ムネ肉の下にしき、
鶏ムネ肉の旨味を乗せる感じの、
料理に仕立てました。
材料
鶏ムネ肉150g
大根5センチ長さ(縦半分使用)
白ごま、青ネギ
調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
醤油小さじ2
片栗粉大さじ2
オリーブオイル大さじ1
1.鶏ムネ肉は3ミリ厚さのそぎ切りにする。
2.大根は縦半分を更に縦半分に切り、3ミリ厚さの薄切りにする。
3.鶏ムネ肉に黒酢ソース、醤油で味付けし、しっかり揉み込む。
4.揉み込んだら、片栗粉をまぶしよくもみ、オリーブオイルを入れて肉をほぐす。
5.皿に大根をしき、肉が重ならないように広げる。
6.ラップをして3分加熱する。
7.火が通っているのを確認し、青ネギ、白ごまを振りかけて完成。
お好みで、ラー油や唐辛子で辛味を付けてもおいしいですよ！
