アサリの黒酢炒め(黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ7)
材料
アサリ 150グラム
ニンニク、ニラ、ネギ、唐辛子みじん切り少々
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース 大さじ1/2
醤油 大さじ1/2
水 大4
炒め用サラダ油大さじ1
仕上げ用 ごま油小さじ1
作り方
1.鍋にサラダ油大さじ1を入れ、アサリ、ニンニク、唐辛子を軽く炒め、ネギとニラ、合わせ調味料を入れ落としブタをして炒め煮にする。
2.煮汁が沸いたら弱火にし、アサリの口があくまで加熱する。
3.アサリに火が通ったら、ごま油を回し入れ完成。
