「菜の花と新玉ねぎのサラダ、ガーリック黒酢ドレッシング(香の黒酢ソースレシピ179)」
今日は春らしい、
彩り鮮やかなサラダに仕立てました。
このまま、
サラダパスタにしてもおいしいですよ！
材料
菜の花ひとつかみ
新玉ねぎ1個
ニンニクスライス1片分
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、お酢、オリーブオイル各大さじ1
黒胡椒少々
作り方
1.菜の花は5センチ長さに切る。
2.新玉ねぎはスライサーなどで薄くスライスし、水でサッと洗い、しっかり水気を切る。
3.菜の花を皿に広げ、ラップをして1分30秒加熱する。
4.ラップを開け、うちわなどで扇ぎ、冷ます。
5.フライパンにオリーブオイルとニンニクスライスを入れ弱火で炒め、ニンニクがきつね色になったら火を止めニンニクを取り出し、黒酢とお酢を加える。
