「牛肉とセロリの黒酢甘味噌炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ121)」

今日のレシピは、

「牛肉とセロリの黒酢甘味噌炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ121)」 

今回は牛のモモ肉とセロリ、ニンジンを黒酢ソース風味の甜麺醤で炒めました。

ベースに豆板醤で少し辛味をいれましたが、入れなくても大丈夫です。

逆に辛いのが好きな方は、ラー油と中国山椒を効かせるとおいしいですよ!

今日はモモ肉を使いましたが、モモ肉に限らず、牛肉にはからだを作るタンパク質が豊富に含まれます。

タンパク質は筋肉や臓器、爪や髪の毛など、身体の組織の元になり、また、血管を強くする働きもあります。

更にタンパク質には免疫力をアップする働きがあり、体内に侵入してきたウィルスなどの異物から身体を守ってくれるんです。

食事制限する時には、タンパク質不足を気を付けないと目に見えて体の変化が分かりますからね。

昨年、食事制限した時、栄養バランスの大切さを身にしみて感じました。

また牛肉には、幸せホルモンと呼ばれているセロトニンも含まれます。

セロトニンには心を安定させるために「ドーパミン」や「ノルアドレナリン」を抑制する働きがあり、セロトニンが正常に働くことで、心の安定が保たるんですよ。

おいしいステーキとか食べると、「う~ん!」ってなりますよね。

他のお肉とはまた違った喜びが!

ああ言うのも、分かりやすい幸福感ですよね!

材料

牛モモ肉120g

セロリ1本

ニンジン1/4本

玉ねぎ30g

ニンニクスライス1片分

ネギ小口切り少々

調味料

香の黒酢ソース、甜麺醤、酒各大さじ1/2

豆板醤小さじ1

牛肉の下味

酒大さじ1

塩、胡椒少々

片栗粉大さじ1

作り方

1.セロリは繊維を切るようにそぎ切り。

ニンジンは適当な大きさに薄切り。

2.フライパンに油小さじ1を入れ薬味と野菜を炒め、半分くらい火が通ったら皿に取り出す。

3.フライパンに油小さじ1を入れ牛肉を炒め、火が通ってきたら野菜を戻し、調味料を加えさっと炒め合わせ完成。

お好みで、ラー油と中国山椒を振りかけて、お召しあがりください。
