「豚肉と小松菜の黒酢味噌炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ139)」
今日は味噌風味のお惣菜です。
豆板醤の辛味と黒酢ソースのコク、味噌の風味にご飯がすすみます。
材料
豚薄切り肉100g
小松菜1/2束
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、味噌、酒、水各大さじ1
豆板醤小さじ1
ニンニク、ショウガみじん切り少々
作り方
1.肉と小松菜は4～5センチに切る。
2.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ、豆板醤とニンニク、ショウガを炒める。
3.豚肉を入れほぐれてきたら小松菜を入れ火が通ったら調味料を加え、調味料をからませるように炒める。
4.皿に盛り付けて完成
