刺身を再利用！鰹の黒酢煮(香の黒酢ソースレシピ集34)
「余ったを刺身を再利用！今回は鰹の刺身の残りで作りましたが、魚の種類は何でも大丈夫です。こう言う料理を1品用意しておくと献立作りも楽になりますよ。」
材料
鰹の刺身 200g
今回は鰹の刺身のサクが余ったのでスライスして使いました。
切り身が余ってしまった時も、同じ要領で、次回の献立の一品(小鉢料理)としておすすめです。
調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
水1カップ
おろしショウガ少々
作り片
1.鍋に調味料を沸かし沸いたら鰹を入れ落としブタをして弱火で8分茹でる。
2.落としブタを取り、そのまま煮汁を煮詰めていく。
※水1カップに黒酢ソース大さじ1だと見た目より味は薄めです。お好みで大さじ2くらいまで入れても大丈夫です。これで冷蔵庫で2～3日は持ちますが、もう少し保存したい場合はニンニクや唐辛子を加えてください。
