豚肉の黒酢カレー炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ56)
材料
豚肉(今回はしゃぶしゃぶ用のバラ肉)100g
ピーマン2個
玉ねぎ1/2個
にんじん少々
ニンニクスライス1片分
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
醤油小さじ2
日本酒小さじ2
カレー粉小さじ1/3
作り方
1.材料は適当な大きさに切る。
2.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ野菜を炒める。(今回は肉が薄いので野菜から炒めてます。)
3.野菜が炒まったら、肉を入れ、火が通ったら合わせ調味料を入れ軽く煮詰め、ここで味を見て、カレーの風味が足らなければ足してください。
