夏の薬膳「モヤシと水菜のピリ辛サラダ」

今日の薬膳料理は、

「モヤシと水菜のピリ辛サラダ」です。　

今日の料理は、熱を取る効果のあるモヤシとパクチー。ドレッシングには潤いの元になり渇きをいやす白胡麻を使いました。
白胡麻と同じく潤いを作る豚肉をプラスして冷しゃぶサラダにしてもおいしいですよ！

体の熱を取る効果のある食材には、
瓜類やトマト、ナス、空芯菜などの夏野菜、アスパラガス、パクチー、小豆、豆腐。果物では西瓜や梨、バナナなどがあります。

飲み物では、緑茶やカモミール、ローズヒップ。

中国茶では白茶も熱を冷ます効果があります。
以前、うちのお店で提供していた白牡丹や白豪銀針などもやさしい味わいでおいしいお茶です。

飲み物なら水筒で持ち歩けるので取り入れやすいですね。

材料　モヤシ1袋、水菜、パクチー(なければ水菜だけで大丈夫です。)

ドレッシング　醤油・酢・すりごま大さじ1、ごま油小さじ1、豆板醤小さじ1/3

作り方
1.モヤシを茹で冷ます。
2.モヤシと水菜を合わせドレッシングをかけ完成。

	冬の薬膳「手羽元とかぼちゃのピリ辛黒酢煮込み」

	秋の薬膳「アサリと豆苗の梅蒸し焼き」

	「減塩薬膳」アサリと菜の花の煮浸し(食塩相当量1g)

	冬の薬膳「鶏白湯薬膳そば」

	春の薬膳「春菊と豚肉のサラダ」
