材料 豚ヒレ肉薄切り100g(ヒレカツ用の肉がちょうどいいです。)、サラダ、香の黒酢ソース75cc
作り方
1.肉の両面に塩が軽く下味をつけ、片栗粉をまぶす。
2.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ、肉を両面焼く。
3.一度取り出して、フライパンに残った油を拭き取り、肉を戻す。
4.フライパンに黒酢ソース75ccを入れ沸いたら、水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつけ皿に盛る。
黒酢ソースはとろみが付きやすいので、少し緩めにとろみを付けてください。
