「数の子の黒酢漬け(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ166)」です。
ベースは黒酢ソースと鰹節です。
食べる時に、ごま油や七味唐辛子をふりかけても、おいしいですよ。
お正月用に是非、お試しくださいね！
材料
数の子100g
鰹節1パック(2.5g)
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、日本酒各大さじ1
作り方
1.数の子を塩抜きする。
2.数の子を鰹節、調味料で和え、2～3時間おき味をなじませる。
