葉タマネギと豚バラ肉の黒酢ソース炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ65)

「旬の葉タマネギを使った、ご飯によく合う甘辛味のお肉炒めです。」

材料

葉玉ねぎ1個

豚バラ肉120g

合わせ調味料

香の黒酢ソース大さじ4

醤油大さじ1

ニンニクみじん切り少々

作り方

1.葉玉ねぎを薄切りにする。

2.合わせ調味料を作り、1の葉玉ねぎの薄切りを入れ一晩漬け込む。

3.フライパンに油を入れニンニクを炒め、香りが出てきたら豚バラ肉を入れ炒める。
