今日のレシピは、「マグロの黒酢漬け丼(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ127)

今回の使い方は、
「ちょい足し」！
黒酢ソースのちょい足しで、いつもの料理も簡単に趣きを変える使い方です。
お客様の中でも、この使い方が一番多いみたいですね。
紹興酒の旨味や、日本のたまり醤油のような風味も持つ中国醤油のおいしさがちょい足しにピッタリ合うんですね。
いろいろな料理に使ってもらえて、お店として本当に嬉しいです！
材料
マグロぶつ切り
大根おろし
調味料
醤油大さじ1
香の黒酢ソース小さじ1
作り方
1.マグロのぶつ切りに調味料を和え、5分くらい漬け込む。
2.丼にご飯を盛り、マグロと大根おろしを盛り付け完成。
お好みでわさび醤油でお召し上がりください。
