材料
鶏モモ肉150g
サラダ
白子の新玉ねぎ
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
お酢小さじ1
唐揚げの下味用
醤油小さじ2、酒大さじ1
片栗粉適量
作り方
1.新玉ねぎを薄くスライスして、黒酢ソース大さじ2と和え冷蔵庫で一晩漬け込む。
2.鶏モモ肉を6等分にし、下味をつけ、片栗粉にまぶす。
3.鶏肉を揚げ、サラダと共に盛り付け、ソースをかけて完成。
