豚肉とアスパラの黒酢黒胡椒炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ80)
材料
豚バラスライス120g
アスパラガス6本
ニンニク、ショウガみじん切り少々
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
醤油大さじ1
酒大さじ1
作り方
1.アスパラガスは4～5センチ長さに切る。
2.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ豚肉を炒め続いてアスパラも入れる。
3.アスパラに油がなじんだら、水大さじ1を入れフタをして肉とアスパラに火を通す。
4.火が通ったら合わせ調味料を入れ1分くらい炒め肉に味をからませる。
