材料 ハンバーグ2個(ハンバーグの作り方は省略)
合わせ調味料 香の黒酢ソース大さじ1、トマトケチャップ大さじ2、醤油小さじ1、バター20g、白ワイン大さじ1
作り方
1.フライパンに油をしきハンバーグを焼く。
2.火が通ったら皿に取り出しフライパンについたコゲなどを取り除く。
3.2のフライパンにバターを入れ溶かし合わせ調味料を入れ軽く沸かす。
4.ハンバーグにソースをかける。仕上げに粗挽き黒胡椒をふりかけ、サラダなどを盛り付けて完成。
