「鶏ムネ肉とレンコンのきんぴら風」。
レンコンのおいしい季節ですね！
今日は、鶏ムネ肉を使い、
あっさり味のきんぴら風に炒めてみました。
今回は、皮付きのまま調理しましたが、
カロリーが気になる方は、
皮を外して調理してください。
カロリーは、皮付きだと100gあたり190kcal。
皮無しだと100gあたり108kcalまで下げられますよ。
材料
鶏ムネ肉150g
レンコン70g
人参1/3本
シメジ、小松菜少々
※野菜の量は大体でいいです。
調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
醤油、酒、水各大さじ1
唐辛子小口切り1本分
作り方
1.鶏ムネ肉は5ミリ厚さに切る。
2.野菜は3ミリ厚さに切る。
3.レンコン、人参、シメジを皿に乗せ、ラップをしてレンジで2分加熱する。
4.フライパンにゴマ油大さじ1(分量外)を入れ、鶏ムネ肉を炒める。
5.火が通ってきたら、野菜の水気を切り入れ、炒め合わせる。
6.調味料を加えて、汁気がなくなるまで炒めたら完成。
