今日は、菜花と合わせ、
彩りも鮮やかなサラダにしてみました。
血液サラサラ効果のある玉ねぎですが、
切ってから、そのまま15分置いてから食べると、一層効果があるんですよ。

新玉ねぎ1個
菜花5本
調味料
香の黒酢ソース小さじ2
お酢小さじ1
オリーブオイル小さじ1
作り方
1.新玉ねぎは繊維に垂直に薄切りにする。
2.菜花は厚い皮をむき、4センチ長さに切り、サッと茹でる。
3.新玉ねぎと菜花を皿に盛り付ける。
4.黒酢ソースとお酢を小皿に入れ、レンジで30秒加熱する。
