「豚肉と大根の黒酢炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ146)」
材料
鶏胸肉200g
ナス1本
ピーマン1個
唐辛子輪切り3本分
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
酢大さじ2
醤油大さじ1
水大さじ1
肉の下味
酒大さじ2
塩コショー少々
片栗粉大さじ2
油小さじ1
作り方
1.鶏胸肉は2～3センチ角に切り、野菜も同じくらいの大きさに切り揃える。
2.鶏胸肉に酒、塩コショーで下味をつけ片栗粉を入れ全体になじませ、最後に油を入れ一つ一つほぐすように混ぜる。
3.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ鶏胸肉を敷きつめ、フタをして弱火で炒める。
4.焼き色がついたら、裏返し、フタをして炒め肉に火を通す。
5.肉を取り出し、油大さじ1を加え野菜と唐辛子を炒め肉を戻し合わせ調味料を入れる。
6.強火で1分30秒くらい、汁気がなくなるまで炒める。
