豚肉とキャベツの黒酢ソース炒め(黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ3)
材料
豚バラ肉薄切り、キャベツ、ピーマン、赤パプリカ、ネギ、ショウガ、ニンニク、黒酢ソース、辣油
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、醤油各大1.5
作り方
・肉を茹でる。
・薬味を炒め香りを出し、野菜を炒める
。
・野菜に火が通ったら肉を戻し、黒酢ソースをかけ、水溶き片栗粉でとろみをつける。
・仕上げに辣油でかける。
黒酢ソースだけでもおいしく作れますが、辛味があった方が味が締まりおいしいですね。
あと、黒酢ソース自体が甘めなので、黒酢ソースと醤油を同割りで合わせたソースで作ってもおいしいです。
