「レンジで簡単！黒酢よだれ鶏(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ133)」
簡単と言いながら、
使う調味料はちょっと多いです(笑)
まあ、味に深みを持たせようと思うと、
どうしても調味料の種類も増えてしまうので、ご容赦ください。
材料
鶏モモ肉1枚
きゅうり1本
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、醤油、酢、豆板醤、ラー油、ごま油各小さじ1
ピーナッツ20g
おろしニンニク、おろしショウガ各小さじ1/2
鶏モモ肉の下味
酒大さじ1、塩、胡椒少々
作り方
1.鶏肉は下味を付け皿に乗せ、ラップをしてレンジで3分加熱する。
2.やけどしないように箸などでラップを切り開き、鶏肉を裏返して、ラップをして更に1分30秒加熱する。
3.ピーナッツはビニール袋に入れ、麺棒などで叩き、細かくする。
4.きゅうりは一口大、鶏肉も適当な大きさに切り、皿に盛り付ける。
4.調味料を合わせピーナッツを加え、鶏肉の上からかけ完成。
お好みで青ネギのみじん切りやパクチーを散らすと、彩りもよくおいしく出来上がりますよ。
