今日のレシピは、
「牛モモステーキの黒酢赤ワインソース」
うちの黒酢ソースはバターと相性がいいんです。
今回は、バターと炒め玉ねぎでコクを加え、赤ワインの酸味と黒胡椒の辛味で味を引き締めてステーキソースにしました。 お店のテーブルに置いてあるPOPにもレシピを載せているので、
「作ってみたらおいしかった！」と、とても反響が多いレシピでした。
今回のレシピもそうなってくれるといいんですが…。
材料
牛モモステーキ肉100g
玉ねぎみじん切り1/4個分
バター5g
調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
赤ワイン大さじ2
作り方
1.牛肉は焼く前に冷蔵庫から出しておき室温に戻しておく。
2.フライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ1を入れバターを溶かし、玉ねぎを飴色になるまで炒め、皿に取り出す。
3.フライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ1を入れステーキを焼く。
4.肉を焼いたフライパンに赤ワインを入れ、半量まで煮詰め、黒酢ソースと玉ねぎを入れ軽く沸かしてソースの完成。
5.皿にステーキを盛り付け、ソースをかけ完成。
