水1カップ
おろしショウガ少々
作り片
1.鍋に調味料を沸かし沸いたら鰹を入れ落としブタをして弱火で8分茹でる。
2.落としブタを取り、そのまま煮汁を煮詰めていく。
※水1カップに黒酢ソース大さじ1だと見た目より味は薄めです。お好みで大さじ2くらいまで入れても大丈夫です。これで冷蔵庫で2～3日は持ちますが、もう少し保存したい場合はニンニクや唐辛子を加えてください。
