夏の薬膳「とうもろこしと豆乳のコーンスープ」

今日の薬膳料理は、
「とうもろこしと豆乳のコーンスープ」

暑さで食欲がわかない時にもおすすめのスープです。

お腹の働きを整えるとうもろこし。

体の水分を補い潤いを与える豆乳に渇きを止めるバターを加えたあっさり味のコーンスープです。

今回は缶詰を使いましたが、旬の生のとうもろこしで作れば更においしく作れます。

ただ、この暑さですからね。

出来るだけ加熱調理は避けた方が体にやさしいのかも。お手軽に缶詰を使い一品増やすのも夏の養生法のひとつかもしれません。

とうもろこしは炭水化物、タンパク質、ビタミンB群食物繊維が豊富。

ご飯代わりに主食として摂るのもおすすめ。

暑さで体調を崩しがちな夏にぴったりの食材です。
是非、お試しください。

材料　クリームコーン缶200g、無調整豆乳100cc、バター5g

作り方
1.バターをレンジで温め溶かす。
2.コーンと豆乳を鍋で軽く温めてバター、塩ふたつまみで味付けする。
スープは熱くしても冷たいままでもお好みで！

	秋の薬膳「豚肉とレタスのレンチン蒸し」

	梅雨の薬膳「新じゃがとツナの粒マスタード温サラダ」

	冬の薬膳「かぶとカリフラワーのサラダ」
