合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
醤油小さじ2
おろしショウガ小さじ1
衣用
片栗粉大さじ2
作り方
1.合わせ調味料を作り、骨を除いたサバを20分漬け込む。
2.サバの汁気を切り、衣用の片栗粉をまぶす。
3.揚げ油を160度にして、サバを入れ、火を止め2分くらい火を止めたまま揚げる。
4.強火にして1～1.5分揚げる。
※揚げ時間は油の量によって変わるので、レシピの揚げ時間は目安にしてください。
