材料
豚レバースライス150g
白ごま
サラダ
下味用
黒酢ソース大さじ1
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース、醤油大さじ1.5
七味唐辛子少々
作り方
1.レバーに下味用の黒酢ソースで味付けをする。
2.下味を付けたレバーをザルにあけ、余分なソースを切り、片栗粉をまぶす。
3.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ、レバーを両面焼く。
4.熱いまま合わせ調味料に漬け、時々、調味料を上からかけながら味を馴染ませる。
