作り方
1.野菜は一口大の乱切り。セロリの葉は千切りにする。
2.ボールに野菜を入れ、合わせ調味料を入れ2〜3時間なじませる。途中、何度かかき混ぜる味をなじませる。
3.皿に盛り付け完成。
