3種キノコの黒酢バター炒め「香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ157」
今日のレシピは、
「3種キノコの黒酢バター炒め」です。
今回は、舞茸、エノキ茸、シメジ。
3種類のキノコを使いましたが、
お好みの組み合わせで大丈夫です。
材料
舞茸1/2パック
エノキ1/2パック
シメジ1/2パック
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、醤油、酒、水各大さじ1
バター10g
作り方
1.キノコは一口大の小房に切り分ける。
2.キノコに小麦粉大さじ2(分量外)をまぶす。
今回はバットに広げて粉をまぶしましたが、ビニール袋に入れてシャカシャカしても大丈夫です。
3.フライパンに油大さじ2を入れ、キノコを1分くらい炒めたら、蓋をして1分30秒蒸し焼きにする。
4.キノコに火が通ったら、バターを入れ、溶けたら調味料を加えて、キノコにソースをからめるように炒め完成。
