黒酢ソースで作る麻婆豆腐(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ47)
「ピリ辛味がクセになる麻婆豆腐です。辛味や薬味を抜いたら小さなお子様でも食べやすい豆腐料理に大変身!」
材料
木綿豆腐1丁
豚ひき肉50g
ニラみじん切り1/3束分
ネギのみじん切り少々
ニンニク、ショウガみじん切り少々
豆板醤小さじ2
油大さじ1
調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
日本酒大さじ1
醤油小さじ1
水1カップ
作り方
1.木綿豆腐は小さいさいの目に切る。(今回は形をくずしてしまうので適当な大きさで大丈夫です。)
2.ニラ、ネギなどの薬味を用意する。
3.フライパンに油大さじ1と豆板醤を入れ炒め、続けてひき肉を入れ弱火でほぐしながら炒める。
4.ひき肉がほぐれたら調味料入れ強火で沸かし、沸いたら弱火にして豆腐を入れくずしながら煮込んでいく。
