長芋10センチくらい
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
醤油大さじ1
練り梅大さじ1
カツオ節1パック(1.5g)
作り方
1.長芋は千切りにする。
2.合わせ調味料を作り、長芋にかけ完成。
甘めの梅を使う時は、仕上げにお酢を少しふりかけると、さっぱりしておいしく食べられます。
