「黒酢チャーシュー」
材料
豚肩ロースブロック 400～500g
ネギ、ショウガ
調味料
香の黒酢ソース 大さじ5
醤油 大さじ2
ニンニクみじん切り少々
ショウガみじん切り少々
作り方
1.水1.5リットル(分量外)を沸かし豚肉、ネギ、ショウガを入れ1時間煮込む。
2.肉を取り出し、煮汁をこす。
3.鍋にこした煮汁100ccと調味料、豚肉を入れ火にかける。
4.沸いてきたら、煮汁を肉にまわしかけながら、煮詰めていく。
5.煮汁が残り大さじ3くらいになったら火を止める。
6.肉が冷めるまで、時々、煮汁を肉にかけて味をなじませる。
