カツオと新玉ねぎの黒酢ワサビソース(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ78)
材料
カツオ7～8切れ
新玉ねぎ1/2個
青シソ1枚
青ネギ、白胡麻
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1/2
醤油大さじ1
おろしショウガ小さじ1/2
ワサビ適宜
作り方
1.新玉ねぎは薄くスライスして水でサッと洗い、ザルにあけしっかりと水を切る。
2.青シソは細切り、青ネギは小口切り。
3.皿にカツオと新玉ねぎを盛り付け、合わせ調味料をまわしかけ、シソとネギ、白胡麻を振りかけて完成。
ワサビを効かせると味がしまっておいしくなります。
お好みでごま油を入れてもいいですよ。
