レンジで簡単！ササミと胡瓜のピリ辛黒酢ソース(香の黒酢ソースレシピ集36)
「ラー油や山椒をしっかりきかせてもおいしい前菜です。」
材料
ササミ2本
胡瓜1本
サラダ、トマト
ササミの下味 酒小さじ2
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
酢小さじ2
ごま油、豆板醤小さじ1
レンジで加熱した時に出た汁大さじ1
作り方
1.ササミは筋を取り、酒を振り、レンジで500wで2分くらい加熱する。
2.汁ごと冷まし、冷めたら手で細くさく。
3.胡瓜は細切りにする。
4.合わせ調味料を合わせ、ボールにササミと胡瓜を入れ調味料と合わせ盛り付ける。
※調味料は食べる直前に和えてください。
