「豚バラ肉のピリ辛黒酢炒め(香の黒酢ソースレシピ181)」
がっつりご飯がすすむ味付けのおかずですよ。

材料
豚バラスライス120g
玉ねぎ1/2個
ニラ1/2束
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、醤油各大さじ1.5
おろしニンニク1/2個分
作り方
1.豚バラ肉は3等分に切り、調味料を入れよく揉み込む。
2.玉ねぎは繊維に沿って5ミリ幅くらいに切る。
3.ニラは4センチ長さに切る。
4.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ、豚肉を知るごと炒め、火が通ってきたら玉ねぎを入れ、最後にニラを入れて炒め合わせる。
