黒酢風味の煮玉子(黒酢ソースレシピ集13)
材料 卵 3個
調味料 香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
作り方
1.卵は常温に戻しておく。
2.卵がかぶるくらいのお湯にお酢を入れて沸かし、卵を8分茹でる。
3.茹で上がった卵を水にさらす。
※水にさらすと冷めた後、むきやすくなります。
4.茹でた玉子をジップロックやビニール袋に入れ、黒酢ソースを入れ、時々かき混ぜながら、2～3時間味をなじませる。
5.適当な大きさに切り分け、皿に盛り付ける。
