1.ゆで卵を作る。堅さはお好みで。
常温の卵なら、沸騰したお湯で7分30秒くらいで半熟卵です。
2.調味料を合わせる。
3.皿に盛り付け、調味料をかけ、仕上げに黒胡椒を振りかける。
