材料
生サバ2切れ
下味用 醤油小さじ1、片栗粉適量
炒め用 油大さじ2
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ2
味ポン大さじ2
日本酒大さじ1
作り方
1.サバに下味用の醤油をまぶし、片栗粉をまぶす。
2.フライパンに炒め用の油を入れ、サバを入れ、フタをして蒸し焼きにする。
3.焼きあがったら皿に取り出す。
4.残った油をキッチンペーパーでふき取り、合わせ調味料を入れわかし、弱火で30秒煮詰める。
5.盛り付けて完成。
