今日のレシピは、
「牛肉と玉ねぎの黒酢オイスターソース炒め(香の黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ112)」
今回はステーキ用のモモ肉を使いましたが、お好きな部位でかまいません。
玉ねぎは新たまねぎでも大丈夫です。
ご飯のおかずにピッタリですよ。
材料
牛肉120g
玉ねぎ1/2個
小松菜少々
ネギ、ショウガスライス
調味料
香の黒酢ソース、酒各大さじ1
醤油、オイスターソース各大さじ1/2
水大さじ2
片栗粉小さじ1/2
牛肉の下味
酒小さじ2、塩、胡椒少々
片栗粉小さじ2
油小さじ1(最後に入れる)
作り方
1.牛肉は1センチ角に切り、下味をつけ、しっかり揉み込み、最後に油を入れてほぐす。
2.玉ねぎは7～8ミリ角に切る。
3.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れ、ネギ、ショウガを炒め、続けて牛肉を入れ、表面が固まったら玉ねぎ、小松菜を入れ炒める。
4.肉と野菜に火が通ったら、一度火を止め、調味料をしっかりかき混ぜてからいれ、火をつける。
5.ざっくりと混ぜ合わせ、トロミがついたら完成。
