材料 豚方ロースブロック400g、ネギ、ショウガ
合わせ調味料 香の黒酢ソース大さじ5、醤油大さじ2、ニンニクみじん切り・ショウガみじん切り少々
作り方
1.水1.5リットルを沸かし豚肉とネギショウガを入れ1時間煮込む。
2.肉を取り出し煮汁をこす。
3.鍋にこした煮汁100ccと調味料、豚肉を入れ火にかけ煮詰めていく。
4.煮汁が大さじ3杯くらいになったら火を止め、肉になじませるように煮汁を肉にかけながら冷ます。
