黒酢風味のピリ辛冷やしそば(香の黒酢ソースレシピ集29)
「夏場、食欲がない時でも食べられるピリ辛味の冷やしそばです。お好みで枝豆やトウモロコシなどをトッピングしてもおいしいですよ！」
材料
中華麺1個(今回は150g使用)
チャーシューやハムなどお好みで。
キュウリ、サラダ、トマト
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
醤油大さじ1
酢、豆板醤小さじ1
ごま油小さじ2
作り方
1.合わせ調味料を作り、野菜を用意しておく。
2.中華麺を茹で、氷水でしっかり冷やす。
3.ボールに冷やした麺と野菜を入れ、合わせ調味料を入れ全体にざっくりとかき混ぜる。
4.皿に盛り付けて完成。
※調味料をかき混ぜる時はざっくりとかき混ぜて下さい。あまりかき混ぜると麺にねばりが出てしまい食感が悪くなってしまいます。
辛めがよければラー油や唐辛子などで調整して下さい。豆板醤だと塩気があるので少ししょっぱく感じると思います。
