黒酢風味トマト冷しそうめん(黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ24)
材料
カットトマト缶 1/2缶
溶き卵 1個分
ニンニク、ショウガみじん切り少々
そうめん1束
キュウリなど
炒め用油大さじ1
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース小さじ1
水大さじ3
仕上げ用
穀物酢 2～3滴
作り方
1.フライパンに油を入れ、ニンニク、ショウガのみじん切りを炒め香りがでたら、カットトマトと黒酢ソースと水を入れ煮たたせ、弱火で1分煮る。
2.溶き卵を入れ、卵が固まったら仕上げ用のお酢をたらし、ボールなどに移して、氷水に当てしっかりと冷やす。
3.そうめんを固めにゆで、氷水で洗う。
4.皿に盛り付ける。
※トマトあんは前もって作って、冷蔵庫で冷やしておくと食事前の作業がスムーズです。
おいしく作るコツは、そうめんもトマトあんもしっかりと冷やすこと。
あと、そうめんは固めにゆでることです。
そうめんだけでなく、中華麺やパスタでもおいしく作れます。
