油揚げと小松菜の黒酢炒め(黒酢ソースアレンジレシピ22)
材料
油揚げ2枚
小松菜、シメジ適量
ショウガみじん切り小さじ1
炒め用 水大さじ4
合わせ調味料
香の黒酢ソース大さじ1
醤油小さじ1
水大さじ2
作り方
1.油揚げは熱湯でサッと茹で油を落とし、細切り。
2.フライパンに油大さじ1を入れショウガを炒め香りを出し、材料を全て入れ炒め、油が全体になじんだら炒め用の水を入れフタをして2～3分炒め煮にする。
※フライパンと同じサイズのフタがない場合は、途中、水を少し足しながら炒めてください。
3.火が通ったらフタを取り、合わせ調味料を入れ、さらに30秒くらい炒め完成。
※ショウガを効かせるとさっぱりした味わいになりおいしいです。
冷めてもおいしいので常備菜としてもご活用ください。
